Kevin has to move back home with Ma after a work accident leaves him in a wheelchair.  Now he feels his life is over.  No women, no drinking, and no freedom, but plenty of Catholic guilt.  The little information he does get regarding, "life on the outside," is from a brother who may or may not be all that upset to have Kevin  out of the picture.

What happens when a St. Patrick's Day celebration crosses over into inebriation?  Battered bodies and bruised egos are left in its wake, and Maura and her friends are faced with decisions that could change everything.  But change can be a scary thing when you're thirty years old and have never been further than the local pub.

A hotel room in the desert outside Las Vegas.  As long as there is violence in the world, it takes place now.
"I'm no stranger to an occasional fling, whatever you want to call it.  I mean, I'm no Suzy Slut,
but I'm no virgin either."

After a one night stand, behind the sex lies truth and when the sun comes up, there may be no place left to hide.  For Billy and Elizabeth, the truth will shatter one of them but will the other stay around to help pick up the pieces?

Gazebo- a comedy in two acts.  (1F, 2M)
A sleepy suburb.  Now.
"For us, it takes years to die.  Death comes slowly, methodically, a little closer each day."

When the ticking of her biological clock becomes deafening, a woman wonders if  money and comfort are enough until a stranger shows up out of the blue (as strangers always do in these plays,) forcing everyone to look at the choices they've made.  A comedy with the ultimate happy ending.

The Hill- a drama in two acts.  (5F, 5M)
Bunker Hill, Charlestown, Massachusetts.  1975.
"The niggers are comin', the niggers are comin'!"

Boston University's New Play Initiative, (2009.)

Life on Boston's Bunker Hill was far from easy in 1975, as court-ordered busing forced a neighborhood into turmoil, its residents facing life changes and seeing themselves through the eyes of a country that watched and judged.  But change has a price and some just may not survive.

The porch of a large house in new England.  Now.
