Louise Day Hicks single-handedly kept racism and bigotry alive and well during her tenure in local and national government, ripping the city of Boston apart during one of its darkest periods, forced busing.

Kevin has to move back home with Ma after a work accident leaves him in a wheelchair. Now he feels his life is over. No women, no drinking, and no freedom, but plenty of Catholic guilt. The little information he does get regarding, "life on the outside," is from a brother who may or may not be all that upset to have Kevin out of the picture.

After a one night stand, behind the sex lies truth and when the sun comes up, there may be no place left to hide. For Billy and Elizabeth, the truth will shatter one of them but will the other stay around to help pick up the pieces?

John and Abigail Adams must contend with the breast cancer and subsequent surgery of their daughter, "Nabby." Despite fame and wealth, this family must contend with that which so many families contend with every day.
